many people ask themselves.
is love when you really like that person?
is love an act of forgiveness?
is love in the air?
is love when u really care for that particular person?
is love jus a word?
is love what others just say a way of respect?
what is love acctually?
i don't know?
no one ones for that fact?
so when do u noe whne you're met the perfect partner?
well,there's no such thing as a perfect partner.
there's no such thing as a perfect person.
or to be truthfull i don't think there's such thing as perfect!
but there is such thing as ideal.
so how do you find you're ideal partner then?
you have to work towards it.
work together,sacrifice for one another...
give and take man.
word can mean so many things too,
speaking can sometimes be dangerous.
while silence can sometimes seem so loud.
one wrong word and it could cause a break up.
when you keep silent,
people think you are ignoring them.
so what can you do then?
to be honest...
i really don't know.
but to me this is what the word love means

whoa its been like the longest time since i last blogged manx...hahahas...whoa the pressure is on manx...only like 6 days away to national schools...whoo...dunno if its a good thing or not if i'm not running walaa...sigh...i seriously dunno lor...haiz...

back from school for a day

heys people...back from school just for today then tonight going back to school again sianx ah...hahaha...yesterday's training was damn fun manx...training ended like 5.40?5.50 like that ahhas...we all rushed until like siao...1st we all did 4x100m twice and then we did block starts,4 times then it started to have lightning and thunder so coach chased us under the block hahaha and mr kang li loong hapily walk rigght into the center of the field...how power canx...hahahas...and coach wants me calvin linette vanessa amalina valerie all to get new spikes cos he says that he don't really like the cybersprint...so he's asking us to get a new pair...wat the hell lor...i jus bought my spikes lor...madness manx...yesterday i went to queensway,i saw this asics shoe damn nice manx...cost about $140...not bad lah for a pair of asics shoes of that quality...in the end i only bought 2 pairs of new nike socks haha matching to my spikes...yups thats the main reason why i bought those socks wahahahahahaha...forty one days to nationals...see how fast time flies...manx...sigh...dunno whether its a good thing or a bad thing....right now i'm listening to petey pablo's song ermx... freak a leek...its damn nice lor...yups e beat is damn nice...u noe at first i thought that it was the remix of yeah by usher ahahahs and i thought ludacris sung it lolx...oh okay now the song change liao...now its master of puppets by matelica...damn shoik...but its like 8 mins + long manx...so de long de long hor...hahahahas...Later i'm going back to school at like 5.45 leaving my house at around 5?4.45 like that lor...damn sian...yups...then training then go vista point go makan dinner...I want to go and watch the WALAA meet at the choa chu kang stadium on the 13 and 14 of july...but dunno whether can or not...must ask mdm chan 1st cos its on a school day..yups...okay lah this should be enough for today u all tc yeah peeps...peace out....

manx...finally back from school a long long week manx... esp on 1 3 5 days manx...interval days manx... lao kui ah...started with 500m then went to 300 then 200 that one not so bad noe...but once u start to try to go fast ah...whoa can really die manx...and die i mean die ah...but once u get used to it...its acctually quite fun u noe ahahhahas...damn what one lehs...hahas...i went to hpb(health promotion board) to have my medi check up jus now...and it was a bloody waste of time manx...go all the way there and take height and weight only blardy hell noe...smack their face then they noe hahas...then i saw janice and aliff there manx...whoo hoo today our school played against victoria school and we were leading 5-1 or was it 4-1 until the thunder came and the game was postponed yeah manx...i must relleh work on my start and my arm movement manx...if i relleh wanna improve,must open up stride...and improve on frequency...yupps i have about 7 weeks only to change it...though i was not selected to go for any overseas or local competitions yet,i'm relleh trying to do my best to work towards that short term/long term goal!so yeah...hope that i can do a good short term as well as not injure my self that is one of my short term goal for the moment uh huh...46 more days to national schools...whoo hoo...7 weeks may seem very short but i will try my best to do what i set out to do!SUCCESS DOSENT COME OVERNIGHT i must tell myself that...yeah...alwaes being psychoed by mrs emily ken tan mak(emily ortega)hahas,sucess dosent come without hard work,(natural telent+opportunity)hard work=success,(quoted from michael johnson)19.32s for 200m siao,NEVER MISSED A DAY OF TRAINING IN 10 YEARS!whoa...i wish i could do that too manx...hmm...no wonder he's so damn good lah...in high sch he was doing 21+ and 10 years later he did 19.32...10 years jus to cut down that 1.5seconds u noe...all hail him manx...yeah...hakeem came today and was stuck in our school because of the rain lolx...then in the end he came and he makan the food only noe hahaha...but he was damn paiseh to do it...hahhas...ok lah i think its time for me to go liao...i love you loads darling...muacks yo'll peace out!
